A daughter of John and Mary Watts, she was born May 11, 1883, in Stoneboro, PA
She was the widow of Fairman Fulton Sr. and was a former resident of Sagamore and Onondaga.

Jr., Plumville, George, Indiana, Mary Jane Fulton, Indiana, Mrs. Richard(Lillian)Barriss, Marion Center, 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, four sisters: Mrs Lillian Proctor, Wilkinsburg, Mrs. Mary Ellen MacBlane, Nanty-Glo, Mrs.Grant(Bessie) Wymer, Duquesne, Mrs. Marion Davis, Punxsutawney.
