Willard Lee Fulton Jr.
Rural Valley RD1
Willard Lee Fulton Jr., 67, of Rural Valley RD1, Cowanshannock Township died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005 at his residence.
He was born Sept. 8, 1937 in Dayton to Willard Lee Sr. and Ida (Shirey) Fulton.
Mr. Fulton worked for PPG Industries in Barberton, Ohio for seven years as a technician and also worked at Specialty Tires of America for 28 years as a maintenance supervisor and a corporate buyer before retiring in 1999.
He was a veteran serving in Ft. Jackson, S.C. and Baumholder, Germany.
He graduated from Shannock Valley High School in 1955.
He enjoyed fishing, hunt-ing, gardening and, most of all, he loved spending time with his family and dogs.
Survivors include his wife, Mary (Schrecengost) Fulton whom he married Dec. 27, 1958; two sons, James Fulton and wife Dawn of Marion Center and Willard L. Fulton III and wife Kim of Shelocta; five grandsons, Willard Ful-ton IV of Shelocta, Joshua Fulton of Shelocta, Matthew Fulton of Marion Center, Kyle Fulton of Shelocta and James Fulton of Marion Center; and his mother of Sagamore.
He was preceded in death by his father, who died Jan. 8, 1994.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 Main St., Rural Valley where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Micah McMillen officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Sagamore.
